The Residences
Each residence at The Reach is a three-storey home with its living set on the top floor, where the outlook is best. You arrive at street level, where the entry and garage sit. The middle level belongs to the bedrooms. And the top floor opens into the kitchen, dining and living room, where the ceiling rises with the rake of the roof and the deck carries the room out toward the lake.

The homes come with three or four bedrooms and no fewer than two bathrooms, and every residence has its own parking, most with an internal garage. Some residences also include a self-contained studio at entry level: a room with its own key, ready for guests, older children, or tenants.
And there is deliberately little to look after. No lawns to mow, no gardens to keep. Arrive, turn the key, and the house asks nothing of you but to be enjoyed.

Interior Design
Where the exteriors are dark and grounded, the interiors are light: crisp, ordered rooms in the Scandinavian manner, with warm white walls, with timber and wool underfoot. The intention is a kind of quiet: spaces that keep their composure and let the view beyond the glass do the talking.
The palette is short and natural. Engineered oak floors run through the living levels, wool carpet softens the bedrooms and stairs, and the joinery is light oak with a fine shaker profile. Hardware throughout is finished in gunmetal: a small, consistent thread that ties every room back to the darker materials outside.

Finishes & Details
Kitchens are anchored by veined engineered stone, carried across benchtop and splashback alike, with light oak cabinetry and fluted glass detailing where the layout allows. Bathrooms follow the same discipline: large-format stone-look porcelain to the walls and floors, finer coordinating tiles to the feature walls, and wall-hung oak vanities beneath round mirrors.
The comforts are practical ones. Frameless glass showers, a rainhead in the master ensuite, and a heated towel rail in every bathroom - a small luxury that feels essential in an alpine winter.
